    On the subject of Prison Break, I overheard a piece of scandalous scoop indicating that the first episode of the new season will feature a male rape, possibly involving one of our lead characters.

    It's gonna be Bellick. We saw strong indications of what is coming on season 2 finale, Bellick lying on the floor nearly naked. However, if Sona is the "worts prison on earth" you can expect much more this kind of stuff. At least if PB season 3 includes any realism.
