I love MiSa, but Michael wont go to the hospital as much as Sara would like it.
There is a voice over in the 2nd Sneak Peek. "If we make too much noise" when Michael says that, its clearly a voice over.

What is Mike sayin when they are at the pier with Sara? Right when he's giving her the envelope. I cant quite make out that line (it is before the "maybe my father was onto something."- line). I hope some of you guys can help me with that.
